So last Friday I racked the Lemon TC into a secondary fomenter for the
weekend while I was out partying, so yesterday i bottled it and going to label
it later on today. So here are the final results and pictures.
Looks just like Smirnoff ice, mwahaha.
This is the liquid just before bottling, some bits of lemon
floating in there,hehe.
This is how I bottled this.
The finished lot of bottles around 14 all together form 4 litres, ^_^
This is an actual Smirnoff ice bottle with a red cap.

Cheers man, your blog helped me a lot when i was first trying my own brews. This smirnoff ice style one looks great but how does it taste?
jiff contains E223 (a preservative), also contained in campden tablets to kill yeasts, and therefore this brew would not be alcoholic
